Building a future-capable workforce powered by EX and technology
- Shawn Liew
As HR leaders progress past the pandemic and move into a redesigned workforce era, delivering quality EX is critical to future business success.
Almost every organisation went into crisis response by emphasising health and safety to their workforce, including introducing virtual work options. This was especially prevalent in the labour-intensive consumer industry.
Now, as organisations are slowly emerging to plan for recovery in a ‘new normal’, employee experience strategies have also dramatically evolved, with the focus shifting to technology as an enabler.
Organisations who want to stay ahead by building a future-capable workforce are now required to level-up their employee experience game by injecting the right technology, to attract, retain, develop, and maximise workforce contribution.
To provide more insights in how HR leaders are successfully pivoting to building a future capable workforce and future-proof employee centric operating model, SAP SuccessFactors and HRM Asia are organising the highly anticipated next webinar session in the ‘Leading the Change Series’.
Taking place at 9am (SGT) on May 27, before HR Tech Fest Connect 2021 officially gets under way, the webinar, titled Leading the change: Success stories from frontline HR leaders driving human experience, will feature Sujay Bhat, HR Strategy Advisor, SAP SuccessFactors South East Asia; Teejay Gonzales, BIG People Services Director, Bottling Investment Group, The Coca-Cola Company; and Dr Luis Kristhanin, Assistant CEO, CP ALL.
Moderated by Stephen Choo, Managing Director, DSRInsight, the panel discussion will examine key issues such as:
- How to develop the employee experience by better understanding the key drivers of engagement.
- Identify and close experience gaps at key points in the employee lifecycle.
- Where to invest to boost organisational performance through enhanced EX technologies.
The panel discussion will also be the second under the Leading the Change series of webinar sessions, which is designed to help and guide global CHROs through their HR and people priorities for 2021.
