Drawing to a successful conclusion, the last day of HR Tech Festival Asia 2022 is featuring the HR Tech Marketplace, which brings together the biggest virtual showcase of solutions and products from global, regional, and local solutions providers.

Leonard Yap, Regional Product Marketing Manager, APAC, LinkedIn, in his presentation titled, Solving for Skills: Why Learning Is the New Hiring, will explain how LinkedIn’s talent ecosystem can be harnessed to identify skill needs, build skills effectively, and drive engagement and outcomes, as learning becomes the critical tool for building the skills an organisation needs.

To keep staff productive and happy, organisations must recognise the role of a strong employee experience. As technology platforms become a bigger part of the ability to be productive and are empowered with advanced capability such as machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI), new approaches must be considered to stay ahead.

Also joining the HR Tech Marketplace is Evelyn Tan, Associate Sales Director, Darwinbox, who will, in her presentation titled, Talent Management for The Hybrid Workforce And Beyond With Darwinbox, highlight how the provider of cloud based HRMS solutions is helping organisations to manage their talent for the hybrid workforce and beyond.

Join Rob Scott, Chief Operating Officer, Smart WFM, as he provides insights into the world of behavioural-based technology design during his presentation titled, Design Your Technology Using Behavioural Techniques to Maximise User Experience.

Technology and data will play a huge role in how organisations understand skills, how to use them and how to maximise their impact for everyone within the organisation. Join Chris Havrilla, VP, Product Strategy, Talent, Oracle, as she explores why skills are so critical to business, talent, and other HCM-related workflows and decisions.

In her presentation titled, Unlocking the Power of Skills: Technology Considerations for Critical Talent Decisions, Havrilla will also provide tips on how organisations can start to identify workers more in terms of their skills and capabilities and identify the trending questions and concerns organisations have around skills.

Want to find quick answers on employment law and HR matters across 16 countries in Asia? Then, join Phoebe Woo, Solutions Manager, APAC, Wolters Kluwer, as she provides advice on how to minimise the risk of misinterpreting local laws businesses are operating in.

In her presentation titled, Solving Daunting HR Compliance Issues with Ease, Woo will also explain how organisations can improve productivity with time-saving practical tools built by local HR practitioners, including customisable country-specific letters, forms, and policy templates.

Docebo, a software-as-a-service that specialises in learning management systems, is represented by Fernando Martin, Solution Consultant. In his presentation titled, Personalisation and Automation: The Best of Both Worlds for Your Internal And External Training, who will demonstrate how to leverage Docebo’s flexibility to create personalised training experiences and assign them to the right audience in a user-friendly manner.

Fauzi As’ad, Solution Architect, Skillsoft Asia Pacific, Singapore, will explore how easy it is for organisations to get started on Percipio, Skillsoft’s learning platform.

In his presentation titled, Equipping Your Workforce for Tomorrow – A Guide To Skillsoft’s Percipio, Fauzi will showcase how a typical learner can embark on their learning journey using the Percipio platform, and how they can access expertly curated learning programmes anywhere, anytime, and across any device.

Using context to enhance current approaches to leadership mobility decisions will leave organisations better placed to develop and deploy targeted, dynamic, agile, and precise leadership strategies, suggested Michael Lee, Managing Consultant, South-East Asia, SHL.

Join Lee as he demonstrates how you can adopt a flexible, data-driven, and context-specific approach to talent management while also enabling your organisation to increase the return on leadership investments.

Participants of HR Tech Marketplace can also expect to hear from leading companies such as ADP, Achievers, BIPO Service, Ceridian, CoachHub, Cornerstone OnDemand, Coursera, Deel, Enboarder, Globalization Partners, IHRP, Intellect, Leena AI, Microsoft Asia, MindFi, Nintex, Paradox, Pulsifi, Qualtrics, SWAT Mobility, Talk’n’Job, and Top Employers Institute, on how you can power up your HR teams for a successful year ahead!
