Day 2 of HR Tech Festival Asia Online 2021 will kick off with a special keynote presentation by Lars Schmidt, Author and Founder of Amplify, as he discusses how the role of the CHRO is evolving as the next generation of HR continues to take shape.

Also joining us is Katie Burke, Chief People Officer at HubSpot, who will highlight how organisations can develop successful people leaders. Drew Fernandez, Global Chief People Officer, Coca-Cola Bottling Investments Group, The Coca-Cola Company, will examine the major impacts that effective L&D programmes have on employees and their experience, and organisations can make L&D a central focus of the employee experience framework.
