As organisations seek to remain competitive in an ever-evolving landscape, the demand for new future-focused skills is increasing.

In her session titled Future-Proofing The Workplace In The Digital Age – Learn How To identify What Capabilities You Need, Vicky Knight, Associate Dean of International Programmes, BPP University School of Business, will address how to adopt the methodology to conduct an internal Organisational Capability analysis, enabling the identification of priority skills organisations need for current and future key roles.

Knight will also discuss how to shift the dial in terms of capability outputs, when embedding identified skills into recruitment, performance and talent management processes, maximising the ROI on investment costs for business leaders.

Workplace resilience holds the key to overcoming obstacles and successfully navigating critical events, suggested Dr Natalie Baumgartner, Chief Workforce Scientist, Achievers. In her session titled Fostering Workplace Resilience, Dr Baumgartner will present three ways in which organisations can build resilience to drive better results.

Addressing in details the opportunities and challenges facing organsiations in 2021 is John Antos, Vice President, Strategy & Marketing, ADP. During his session titled Navigating Transitional Waters Into The New Year Ahead, Antos will share studies from the ADP Research Institute on workforce expectations and resiliency, and discuss practical insights from over 100 recent discussions ADP has had with Asia-Pacific HR leaders on how they are approaching payroll and HR challenges.
