HR Tech Marketplace is a one-day virtual event under the week-long HR Tech Festival Asia 2022, which is taking place from May 10-13. Participants can also hear from thought leaders from the HR tech brands that will be supporting HR Tech Festival Asia 2022.
The event kicks off on Tuesday, May 10 with the in-person HR Tech Festival Live, which is taking place at the Suntec Exhibition and Convention Centre in Singapore.
John Antos, Vice President Strategy, Asia Pacific & Global Payroll, ADP, as he shares what organisations need to know to adapt to the changes of shifting back to physical work environments. In his session titled, Work is Having a Moment (10.45am-11.05am, SGT), Antos will also highlight the most important areas where employees are seeking flexibility, support, and adaptation to the ways they work.
Frank Koo, Asia head of Talent & Learning Solutions, LinkedIn, in his session titled, Reimagining the Future of Work, With A Focus on Flexibility and Skills (11.30am-11.50am, SGT) will uncover how organisations can create a skills-first approach that attracts talent, provide engaging work environments, and support career development opportunities to enable employees to thrive.
Charles Ferguson, General Manager, Asia-Pacific, Globalization Partners, in his session titled, From Adapting to Thriving: Leading in Today’s Employee-centric Workplace (11.50am-12.10pm, SGT), will recommend strategies to respond to employees’ varying needs and expectations, and best practices to keep team members engaged and happy. Together with Peter Hadley, President, ADP Asia Pacific, Ferguson will also discuss critical workplace trends that will shape 2022.

Eklavya Bhave, Senior Regional Director, Asia, Coursera, in his presentation titled, Building a Transformative Model for Workplace Learning (May 10, 2.40pm-3pm, SGT), will examine how organisations can build a transformative model for workplace learning to drive a competitive advantage, as trends such as remote work and online workplace learning continue to persist.
Joy Koh, Head of Growth and Advisory, APAC, AMS; and Michael Uhlmann, Senior Manager, Solution Design, Lead APAC, AMS, in their presentation titled, will discuss share real examples and proven strategies to secure the talent organisations require in the face of the Great Resignation.
Also joining HR Tech Festival Live is Shaswat Kumar, Senior Vice President, Customer Success, Darwinbox, who will provide tips on how HR can be adaptable as employees return to the office.
From May 11-12, HR Tech Festival Asia 2022 then moves on to the virtual platform of HR Tech Festival Online, where Lynn Dang, Human Resource Lead, Singapore and Vietnam, Microsoft, will share Microsoft’s 2022 Work Trend Index findings on the most urgent trends business leaders in APAC need to know as they consider a switch to remote or hybrid this year. Join Dang in her session, titled, Leadership Perspectives: Making Hybrid Work, Work (May 11, 12pm-12.30pm, SGT), where she will be joined by Feon Ang, Managing Director, Asia Pacific, LinkedIn; and Andrea Della Mattea, President, Asia Pacific, Microsoft.
Michael Lee, Managing Consultant, South-East Asia, SHL, in his presentation titled, Building a Future-proof Organisation (May 11, 4pm-4.30pm), will highlight the four key areas for organisations to optimise, as well as insights that can be used as a guidance to remodel the workplace.

Joshua Secrest, Vice President, Marketing and Client Advocacy, Paradox, in his presentation titled, Automation with a Human Touch: How McDonald’s and UOB Use Conversational AI to Improve Efficiency and Candidate Experience (May 12, 3pm-3.30pm, SGT), will share insights on how McDonald’s and UOB have employed conversational AI assistants to automate and simplify hiring processes.
Georgie Duthy, Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Enboarder, in her presentation titled, The People Activation Revolution: 4 Ways to Get Employees to Engage and Participate in Your HR Programmes In 2022 (May 12, 3.30pm-4pm), will detail how Enboarder’s People model can help to design HR programmes and initiatives.

Also supporting HR Tech Festival Asia 2022 is Workforce Singapore (WSG), a statutory board under the Ministry of Manpower, which oversees the transformation of Singapore’s local workforce and industry to meet ongoing economic challenges.
