As the digital transformation continues to gain pace globally, the onus is on leaders to articulate a digital vision for their organisation, create buy-in and alignment from the top down, as well as identify and abandon talent practices and beliefs which no longer serve a transformed business.

During his keynote presentation at CHRO Online Malaysia, which is taking place on 24 November 2020, Jason Averbook, Global Keynote Speaker, CEO & Co-Founder, Leapgen, will share a Digital Equation for Success, as well as important leadership considerations for the digital workplace.

Averbook will be joined by Josh Bersin, Global Industry Analyst and Dean of the Josh Bersin Academy, who will examine the new world of HR and HR Tech for 2021 by presenting his latest research on the new role of HR and HR technology in the post-pandemic economy.

What are the opportunities and challenges lying in wait as 2021 emerges on the horizon, asked John Antos, Vice President, Strategy & Marketing, ADP.

During his session titled Navigating transitional waters into the new year ahead, Antos will share studies from the ADP Research Institute on workforce expectations and resiliency, and discuss practical insights from over 100 recent discussions ADP has had with Asia-Pacific HR leaders on how they are approaching payroll and HR challenges.
