CHRO Indonesia Online looks at what’s ahead in 2021

Over 130 CHROs attended CHRO Indonesia, which examines issues such as how HR tech will impact the workplace in 2021.

Drawing to a successful conclusion, CHRO Indonesia Online provided the platform for over 130 CHROs to engage in discussions and sharing as they continue to ponder how the world of work will shape up in 2021.

Joining them was a lineup of the most recognised thought leaders in HR, including Jason Averbook. a Global Keynote Speaker, and CEO & Co-Founder, Leapgen, who provided tips on how to reimagine the workforce experience, and identified the top technology trends that will redefine HR in 2021.

Joining Averbook was Josh Bersin, Global Industry Analyst, and Dean of the Josh Bersin Academy, who highlighted the new role of HR and HR technology in the post-pandemic economy.

John Antos, Vice President, Strategy & Marketing, ADP, shared how organisations can manage workforce expectations and resiliency, and how Asia-Pacific HR leaders are approaching payroll and HR challenges.

Andri Aminulloh, Customer Success Manager, Microsoft, discussed how HR can build company culture, and make their employees feel supported in these uncertain times.

CHRO Indonesia Online is part of the CHRO Online Series 2020, which continues with CHRO Malaysia Online on 24 November 2020, and concludes with CHRO Singapore Online on 2 December 2020.
