Some of Asia’s top HR leaders, teams, and organisations have been recognised for their exceptional achievements at the HR Tech Fest Awards 2023, which took place on Day 1 of HR Tech Festival Asia 2023. 22 finalists across a diverse range of sectors competed for top honours across eight award categories, with the winners chosen for demonstrating excellence in their respective categories.

Additionally, PT Kilang Pertamina International was presented with a Certificate of Special Merit for their achievements in utilising technology in the workplace. Their integrated solution consisted of a comprehensive database that contained more than 5,000 employee data records, which were categorised to facilitate the selection of human capital for development and promotion. Nurdin Tri Wibowo, Senior Manager Organisation Capability at PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, was called to the stage to receive the award from Catherine Wong, Managing Director of HRM Asia.
The HR Tech Fest Awards 2023 winners were selected by a panel of distinguished judges, including Elisa Mallis, Managing Director, Asia-Pacific, Centre for Creative Leadership; Rachele Forcadi, Founder, XYZ@Work; Philippa “Pip” Penfold, Managing Director, Integrating Intelligence; Dr Bob Aubrey, Founder and Chair of the Advisory Board, AHDO; and Nadiah Tan Abdullah, Regional Chair of AHDO for 2023 and CHRO, S P Setia.
