HRM Asia congratulates Readers’ Choice Awards 2023 winners

The eagerly anticipated winners of the coveted HRM Asia Readers’ Choice Awards 2023 have been announced!

In a glittering Gala Awards Ceremony held at Carlton Hotel Singapore, the Readers’ Choice Awards saw 37 recipients recognised across 16 diverse categories for their excellence and innovations.

The winners for each category were decided by HRM Asia readers (70% weightage) via online voting and a panel of independent expert judges (30%). Votes were cast over a two-week period and they were supplemented by the judges, who meticulously studied the contenders’ case studies, research, and offerings to their clients. The judges are Dr. Derrick Kon, Director, CEO Solutions; Josephine Chua, Director of Human Resources and Quality, Aloft Singapore Novena;  Philippa “Pip” Penfold, HR Expert; Dr. Tanvi Gautam, HR Influencer and Transformational Leadership Expert at Leadershift Inc., and Shawn Liew, Head of Content Development, HRM Asia.

Acting as the best partners for organisations looking to successfully navigate the challenges and embrace the opportunities presented in a changing world of work, the prize recipients at the Readers’ Choice Awards 2023 are indeed worthy winners.
