Organisations worldwide are recognising the importance of investing in compelling employee experiences as hybrid work arrangements become more prevalent and the competition for global talent intensifies.

To address this need, HRM Asia, in partnership with Culture Amp, will host a webinar titled Prioritising Employee Experience to Attract, Retain and Motivate Your Talent to provide senior leaders and HR practitioners from various industries with insights and strategies for building effective employee experience strategies that align with organisational goals and purpose.

The webinar will feature Devshree Bhatt, Senior People Scientist at Culture Amp, who will draw upon her knowledge in psychology and data analytics to provide insights on solving business problems and optimising employee experiences. She will be joined by David Hickey, Executive Director of Meltwater, who will contribute his experience in leveraging external data to drive better decision-making in corporate affairs, consumer research, and marketing.

One key topic to be discussed is the significance of listening to employees. According to a Willis Towers Watson survey, nine out of 10 HR leaders acknowledge the priority of employee experience but struggle with implementation. Bhatt will highlight the importance of listening to employees during crucial experience stages and provide advice for prioritising experience listening.

The speakers will also explore capturing data on the moments that matter most to employees. Attendees can expect to gain insights into identifying and leveraging these moments to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, the webinar will offer tips for leaders and HR teams to design and deliver enhanced employee experiences, and how Culture Amp’s platform can help connect the dots between performance and engagement to the business.

The webinar is scheduled for 20 June 2023, and will be held virtually via Zoom at 11am (SGT). To register, click here.
